FAQ


Grading System:

All enamel pins are hand-made and small imperfections are to be expected. My pins are graded on my very strict scale from A to B. Flaws refer to anomalies in the metal or enamel such as flecks, smudges, scratches, missing enamel or loose posts. 

  • A Grade = Best in the batch. None or very few unnoticeable flaws. 
  • B Grade= One or two fairly unnoticeable flaws or one noticeable flaw. 

 

Where is my order?

  • Orders ship out in 1-5 business days depending on time of year and scheduled product drops. Shipping confirmation will be emailed to the provided address with USPS tracking number.*
  • *Orders including only stickers will not include tracking and will ship in a regular envelope with a stamp. 
  • I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages after they reach the postal system. Please make sure all of your information is correct at checkout! I am not responsible for any errors in the information provided.
  • Keep in mind that the postal system is under immense stress and shipping times may vary! Packages also may not update in the tracking system in a timely manner, or in rare cases, may be labeled "Delivered" a day or two in advance of actually being delivered.  

 

Do you ship internationally? 

Only shipping within the US and Canada at the moment! This is subject to change. If you live outside of the US/Canada, I recommend a mail forwarding service or "Pin buddy" to ship your goodies to you!   

 

Do you offer returns/exchanges? 

Yes! Please refer to our Refund Policies section at the bottom of the page! 

 

Are you a friend to the planet? 

I try my absolute best here at OMG to lower my carbon footprint whenever possible and ship all orders in reusable and eco-friendly packaging! 

 

Pin Club:

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! At any time, you may go in to your subscription account and cancel. If you need any help, please reach out to me via the contact page or email omgoodnesspinshop@gmail.com.

How do I update my payment?

Either access your account through Shopify and edit or Email me anytime at omgoodnesspinshop@gmail.com and I can send a link for you to update your info.

Can I pause my subscription?

Unfortunately I do not offer pauses or skips to subscriptions.
